UA Labs provides AI-first development services, including but not limited to custom software development, AI automations, client portals, marketplaces, and SaaS solutions.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract, all intellectual property rights for the final deliverables provided to the client upon full payment shall belong to the client. UA Labs retains rights to any pre-existing code, libraries, and tools used during development.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and materials required for the project. You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

UA Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which UA Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
